The Genova espresso machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, double base and premium finishes.

Approximate capacity of 250 ml and suitable for 4 servings of espresso coffee.

Use:

Fill the bottom of the coffee maker with water, mount the funnel-shaped filter, then fill it with medium ground coffee.

Do not press the coffee excessively.

Screw the two parts of the coffee maker, making sure that the filter and the gasket rubber to be properly fixed, to ensure a perfect seal, extremely important!

Place the espresso machine on the stove or electric hob to heat.

When the temperature increases, the water in the container at the base of the espresso machine will rise through the fine sieve containing ground coffee, passing through the collector tube and thus reaching directly into the coffee collection container.

Caution

- Do not leave the espresso machine unattended. The coffee will be ready in a few minutes.

- Use the appropriate stove burner so that the flame does not exceed the base of the espresso maker.

Maintenance:

Use dishwashing detergent to wash the coffee maker after each use.

Occasionally, clean the outer surface of the coffee maker with a liquid metal polishing solution.
