Carl Schmidt Sohn was recognized for their excellence in manufacturing high-quality knives and cutlery based on a long-term production history in the city of Solingen. Today, Solingen remains the center of knives in Germany, where approximately 90% of German knives are produced.

Already in 1928 the famous knife product lines such as „Continental”, „Solingia” or „La Casita” were sold throughout Europe with great success. 1829 has been dedicated to the development and production of knives for more than 180 years and has continuously improved the combination of form and function. 

Product description

The Marburg+ pans are ideal for the occasional cook, but also for the professionally oriented user. They are made of aluminum coated with a non-stick coating Procalon PLUS (marble base material).
The handle is made of bakelite, with silicone inserts, which create a Soft-Touch effect - it does not heat up, does not slip. In addition, the end of the handle has a stainless steel finished hole for hanging storage.
The product is dishwasher safe, but manual cleaning is recommended.
