This versatile mold for baguettes and plates is made of 18/8 stainless steel, ideal for baking tasks due to its resistance to temperatures higher than 230 ° C without deformation. This mold has space to bake up to four baguettes, maintaining the dimensions of 33 x 38 cm. The design of this mold allows anyone to bake perfect baguettes, thanks to its grooves that make it possible to maintain the shape of the dough during baking.
It also has a PFOA-free non-stick surface, maintaining excellent release capacity thanks to its micro-perforated design. Unlike other models, the micro-perforated design of this baguette and loaf pan also favors a much more optimal circulation of heat inside the oven, as a result, a more refined baguette finish is obtained, giving that crispy texture and soft dough characteristic of professional-level baking.
The opposite side of the grooves allows the placement and giving the classic curved shape of the plates.
