This tray is made for 24 muffins, having as its base material aluminum over which it has a non-stick coating of Xylan.
 

Xylan is generally used to reduce friction, to improve wear resistance and for non-stick applications. In addition, it can be used to protect a metal from corrosion. As with the product in question, the most well-known application is in non-stick dishes.

Attention! Suggestions for use!

Before first use, wash and dry with a cloth and grease the inside with a little oil. Preferably use a wooden spatula and avoid sharp utensils. Clean with hot water and liquid detergent (avoid abrasive powders and wire brushes).
