• „Santoku” translated from Japanese means „three virtues” or „three uses”, which speaks for itself. The knife is perfect for both cutting and chopping. The utility of this knife will replace several traditional knives in the kitchen at the same time. It is comfortable to use for cutting meat and fish, as well as for cutting vegetables and fruits into small pieces, slices or cubes.

• The blade itself is quite wide, with a narrow handle that gives the chef more freedom to manipulate the knife. Corrosion-resistant and durable due to the special Korudo cold hardening technology of metal to an optimal level of 58 HRC according to the Rockwell scale. The blade is made of Japanese high-carbon AUS-8 steel, this steel is very durable and sharpens very well.

• The knife is hand-sharpened on a 6000 grit water-based stone for perfect sharpness.The cutting angle is consistent due to the sharpening of 15-17 ° on both sides.
