The mandoline grater is made of hard plastic, stainless steel blades, and the size is 32 centimeters.
The sharp stainless steel blade for cutting fruits and vegetables can be adjusted between 1 - 3.5 mm, for perfect control over the thickness of the cut.
To facilitate maintenance, the grater can be perfectly disassembled, so all components can be easily washed.
It features a safety lock that is operated by a button and a hand guard for protection.
