Product Description

The Stellar grill pan is made of solid quality cast iron and enameled exterior.

Cast iron cookware offers durability and at the same time ensures high heat retention, so food will continue to cook even after the cookware has been removed from the stove. Cast iron cookware is healthy for cooking, durable and advantageous in the long term, being guaranteed for life.

The cookware must be cooled before washing. Sudden cooling could cause thermal shock, which would lead to cracking of the cookware. Wash in warm water, then rinse. For food residues that are difficult to remove, it is recommended to leave the dish to soak before starting to clean it.

It is recommended to dry the dish before storing. If the dish is stored for a longer period of time or is not used very often, cover it with a thin layer of oil or fat to form a protective layer against rust (seasoning).

It can be used on all cooking sources including induction hobs. It can be used in a conventional oven or an electric oven.
